when is the earliest you've ever packed?

when is it too early to pack? as of yesterday, it will be 6 weeks till we go.
Just now i pulled the suitcase out the cupborad and put things in it that ive bought, like nappies for little one, clothes etc. ive not properly packed, will do it nearer the time.
But am i just super excited or what?? hahha
I know thres a couple of little things that i still have to buy but i just wannna gooo NOW!! sorry im just super duper excited!!

I love your excitement. I go 9 weeks time and too have started getting bits and popping them into the suitcase so I don't use them. I usually start proper about a week before, then unpack then re pack about 90 times before we leave. My dilema this year is dd has 14 disney costumes (and still buying lol) and i'm trying to narrow it down as we are only going for 4 days this trip, I will see what the weather is like nearer the time or she will be like at the oscars 4 dress changes in a day

14??? thats crazy, but bet she loves them all!! can she not take her fave 4?
All the t-shirts my wee boy will be wearing will be from disney store. i got them in the sale at christmas time, cause they were last years summer stock. £2 a t-shirt. i love there sales!! Had to go buy him there currently buzz lightyear one the other day, was just too cute not too get! haha What am i gonna be like at DLP shops huh!! lol

lol . She wears them all the time she loves them. I too love the disney store sales. We have a running joke in our family that i won't leave dlp without spending all our money in the shops

I started packing at christmas for our trip in four weeks time The girls got some new clothes for the trip and I popped them in the cases straight away so they didn't get ruined before we go.

Got you all beat.

I test pack. Started the day I booked. 5 weeks ago. Leaving on Sept 24th.
We only take carry on luggage so everything needs to fit just right. Plus I have to trade out old things for new things every time I purchase something new.

Yes----I am a loon, And very proud of it!!!! It keeps me in the "I'm going to Disney" happy mode for months.

ohh thats what im doing, i think i started it tonight, as like to remind myself we're really going!!

we only planned to go this year, last monday, and booked it on wednesday there, but we're still going next year too.

i keep going through my wee boys clothes thinking of all the photos that we will get while there with him wearing them. Also keep telling him we're going to disneyland to see mickey mouse and he just smiles hehe i tell him that we're going on a plane to mickey mouse's house and he gets so excited, bless him he's only 20 months

We normaly start packing two days before hand, other wise our cat starts to get suspicious that she may be visiting the Cattery.

Lol, great thread!!

Got a brand new suitcase yesterday and have currently packed:::
pjs for DS and DD
2 x tops for DD
4 x tops for DS
1 x ski jacket for DS
travel adaptor
stuffed toys they will get at the airport (bambi and thumper purchased on last DLP trip!)
Oh and my winter jacket and hats are in too, out of the way!

We go in 6 months

I think this is the thread that will bring the crazies out!!
