When is the Champagne brunch held?

Is this only offered one day during the cruise ? Does it fill up quickly? We have cruised twice and still have not dined at Palo, but would really like to try this for our upcoming cruise.

On the 7 day cruises, champagne brunch is served at Palo only on at sea days. You can make reservations for the brunch upon boarding, along with Palo dinner reservations. I don't think there is a brunch on the 3 and 4 day cruises, but I'm not sure. Maybe someone else knows...

If it is available only on sea days....does that mean that it is offered 3 times on the Eastern and 2 times on the Western? I am heading to the Eastern this weekend and I would love to try out the brunch, but I want to know what my chances are of getting a spot!

yes, it should be offered 3 times while you're on the Eastern, each of the days at sea. You can obtain ressies when you board the ship, but I wouldn't wait much beyond that, you'd probably miss out and they'd be full. I didn't have to "run" to Sessions to get our ressies for brunch, tea, and dinner, but I did make that our very first destination after boarding and I was able to get all 3 ressies with no difficulty. Good luck!

And (JMHO) given the choice of the 3 (tea, dinner, and brunch) if I HAD to choose between them, I wouldn't miss the brunch.

It is also offered on Key West day on the Western Caribbean so you get 3 days on the Western as well as the Eastern.

I personally love the brunch at Palo.

The champagne brunch is a must-do! I want to arrive on the earliest bus possible so DH and I can secure a ressie for brunch and a massage!

Thanks, everyone! I am really looking forward to having brunch at Palo! I have one more question, what do people typically wear for brunch? Is the dress code pretty much the same as it is for dinner at Palo?
