When Is The Best Time To Purchase Airfare?

Just wondering how other people did this . . .I usually book right away at least 331 days before vacation (as soon as flights come out for my travel dates).

Right now I'm contemplating taking a quick 4 day anniversary trip Oct 9 - 13 and the flight prices are around $208/round trip. Will they get less expensive or more expensive as time goes on??

What airports are you willing to fly into/out of? Sometimes it depends on that.
