When is the best day to visit Universal?

I know with Harry Potter opening all bets are off, especially since I am trying to pick the best day to visit in order to experience the WWoHP.

We are going down to Orlando the Saturday after Thanksgiving this year and will be staying for a week. I was planning to use Monday as the Universal day. Will this day be busy because it is right after Thanksgiving, or will this be a good day to go?

Last September we visited Universal (one park) on a Friday and the wait times were quite enjoyable.

What is the best day of the week to visit Universal in late November/early December when wait times will be the lowest.

If you can go during the week the crowds should be at their minimum...especially after a holiday weekend. Monday should still see some crowds but if you could go Wednesday or Thursday, it might be better.

The period between the end of Thanksgiving and the start of christmas is historically the slowest time of the year in all the parks, so it shouldn't really matter what day you go.

We will be staying on property at WDW, I think I forgot to mention that. I am considering purchasing the 2 Park/1 Day ticket with transportation from Dreams, has anyone used this ticket?

I am so glad to read this. We are also going the week after Thanksgiving and planning on doing Universal on Wednesday and Thursday. Great
