When is the "active" time for reservations opening up?

I am normally a very last-minute WDW vacation planner (one month or less in advance), but this time I booked several months ahead (but after the 180 day mark), so planning feels so different this time. I am used to dining reservations changing on a daily and even hourly basis and checking my computer or app every few hours for openings, and have had good luck getting preferred times or restaurants this way in the past. But I have been checking daily for weeks and nada - no new reservations opening up at all. We are not booked during a free dining period so I assume reservations are going to start moving around eventually, but does anyone here have a sense of when that happens? Is it around the 60 day mark? 45 day? 30 day? Just don't feel like checking over and over until there is a reasonable likelihood that I will see something different than the same old reservation times.

Definitely check around the 60 day mark when on site fast passes are made and the 30 day mark when final package payment is due.
