When is Soarin' supposed to open?

We're going in May and I was hoping it would be open by then. Anyone know?

I've read it's supposed to officially open around the Happiest Celebration in May... but I also read on another board today that it is open for "testing" now from like 3 - 7 every day

I keep on hearing 5/5/05 but I have no idea about that.

The official opening will be Thursday, May 5. There is a press party that night at Epcot and that is why Epcot closes at 3:00 that afternoon.

It seems to have "soft opened" as weluvpluto said above. But barring a malfunction, Mom to Will and Finn, you're in luck for the end of May!!
