When is she BLUE?

The last reports I've seen of her in blue was fall 2004.

Our first trip was Dec 2004. DD is also a huge Aurora fan, and prefers her in blue. We had a friend make her a blue gown to wear to the breakfast & tea, but by time we took our trip, Aurora was only appearing in pink.

We havent seen her in blue since 2003. I have been collecting Sleeping Beauty items for about 15 years. It is getting harder and harder to find her in blue. We went to CRT and PSB breakfasts in 2004 and she was in pink. Have a fun trip.

I didn't know she ever wore a blue dress. Now I have to add Blue Dress Aurora to my list of characters to find! I really want to find Belle in her yellow ball gown, so far I've only found her in her pre-princess outfit.

i'd try in Epcot. like someone said, they probably wouldn't put her in her blue dress near Cinderella, but Cindy isn't in Epcot at all(that i've ever seen) so i'd try Epcot.

as for Belle, i've seen her in her Christmas gown(the red and white one) in Epcot also, which was strange. you'd think she'd be wearing her pre-princess outfit or her yellow ball gown(espically since this was in the middle of summer)

I have a feeling the blue dress has been retired. I haven't seen it out in awhile. At CRT and Norway she wears the pink dress. At Cinderellabration she wears the purple dress.

I had to check my own website to see when I found Aurora in blue, and it was in 2003 in Town Square. That was the only time I ever seen her in blue. Ever since, she has always been in pink. Like Joanna said, I also was thinking that the blue dress was pretty much gone. Glad I did find her once, though.

The blue gown got phased out in late 2003/ early 2004. Since then, I've only seen her doing meet-and-greets in pink (besides when I met her in front of the Castle after a performence of Cinderellabration got cancelled. She was wearing purple then). France at EPCOT tends to be the place I see her most at. I think she still appears at Toontown Hall of Fame too, but I'm not sure how regularly anymore.

The only time I've seen Aurora is in Cinderellabration where her dress is purple for some reason. I've had no luck finding her anywhere else, which sucks because she's my favourite princess. I am always on the lookout for pins of her in the blue dress.

We do the same - found them mostly on ebay!!

Thanks for the info, everyone. DD will be disappointed if the blue has really been retired. Can't wait to see her in purple. For all of you who collect, look for the brass key doll collection, found at CostCo, BJ's and WalMart. There is also a website. They are porcelin Disney princess dolls in various colored dresses. We have Aurora in green, blue, purple and twice in pink (different dress styles). They are quite lovely. The current edition is in blue. The other princesses are equally as beautiful!

BTW my DD is 18 and still goes wild for Aurora!

This is Karen's DD, thank you for responding, though I am a bit sad. It always bothered me that she is in the pink dress. I just wanted to let you know about belle. She is in France a lot (i even found the beast once) I cannot rember if she is in her ball dress there. If she is in toon town fair in mk she will be in her ball gown. I promis you though I have never seen her in the townsperson dress on the cruise. Thank you for trying to help me, just thought I would help you. Good luck in your princess serching, and as for pins, there was a pin that came out for the 50th that was Aurora in her pink dress looking in the mirror and see herself in blue.

Belle wears her golden ballgown to take pictures at breakfast in Norway. DD8 was thrilled to meet Belle in 'her fancy dress'.

Other than that, we've always run into Belle in her pre-Princess blues (which I almost like better, I think.)

Well, it is a combination of pink (okay, really it's red- but with light purple pink would work, too) and blue-- so, I guess that makes complete sense.

The purple dress is my favorite. I have a picture of her and Prince Phillip in the Cinderellabration garb, and I think the purple is so pretty.
