When is opening day for cruises?

Do you know appx. when they release new price dates for cruises 'Opening Day'? I tried to search and found nothing. I know there is never an exact day but an estimate? We love to sail on DCL again but the prices are so much higher now

Lately there has been 3 opening days in a year. There probably will be one next month, one in summer and the last one sometime in October.
