when is my 7 month booking window

Im unsure if my vacation will start on Aug 31 or sept 1. I am not sure when my 7 month is it Feb 1st?

If I start vac on aug 31 can I book the last day of January or anytime in January?

It's 11 Months (Home Resort Only) or 7 Months from the check-in date. Check-in date of 8/31 would have a 7 month booking date begining on 1/31.
