Hey all, i think my 180 day mark is either tomorow or the next day but im not sure:confused: can anyone help me?
We go August 9th-23rd.. also can you please tell me what time in America you can book ADRs, it will be 5 hours later for us here in England.

Thank you :)

According to the reservation calculator at

http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/pscalc/dispscalc.html

The 180 day mark from August 9 is February 10.

You have a 14 night trip. If you are staying onsite at a Disney resort, on February 10 you will be able to make reservations for the first 10 days. You'll have to go online at 180 days from each day after the first 10 days if you want to make the reservations as soon as you possibly can.

Online reservations open at 6 AM Eastern time. The phone lines open at 7 AM Eastern time. Be careful making reservations for CRT or dinner shows online - if you are on a dining plan, the online system may still require you to pay in full for these reservations at the time you book them.

Hi,
you will be able to do them on thursday - we check in aug 11th and our ADR day is Saturday. We can book online at 11am UK time and 12pm on the phone,
Claire

Thank you everyone, your so helpfull :) thats exactly what i needed to know!

can you elaborate on how to avoid this situation?

I thought you left a credit card, and were charged if you did not show up?

while I am asking, if you don't mind, another basic question...what do I need to make ADRs online at the 180 day mark? Do I need my reservation number or something? or can anyone make these ressies?

I thought (was told) that on the rest of the days you can make them at 190 days out each since you get the +10. So on day 179 you can book your 11th day, 178 your 12th day, etc.

I believe the glitch that caused all the problems last fall has been corrected. I haven't seen any recent reports of problems. If you are worried, you can make them over the phone with a CM. Anyone can make ADRs at 180 days out, if you are staying onsite and want to do your 180+10 you will need your reservation number.

Now, you can click on a tiny box that says "attach reservation to meal plan" or the "I want to use my dining plan". For CRT (and a few others I think), you still have to give a credit card number for the reservation but you aren't charged.

To avoid this situation, make the reservation by phone.

Yes you leave a credit card if you are already on a dining plan. Otherwise you pay in full. The online system often does not recognize the dining plan, so it requires that you pay. (Previous posters have indicated that this problem may be fixed. Try it online first. If you can't get it to work, then call)

Anyone can make reservations AT the 180 day mark. If you want to make reservations for up to 10 days at the 180 day mark, then you need your Disney resort confirmation number.

No, you can't make the extra reservations 190 days out. Unless they've recently changed that too.
