When is Member Services closed?

I'm looking ahead to book a trip and will have to call around the holidays. i need to know what days besides sundays is member services closed. If you are doing a day by day booking can you book with MS the day before the holiday or the day after? Thanks

I don't have a list but they are closed on major holidays. If you are doing a day by day, you call the day after.

I'm positive they are closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day. They may close early on the Eve's, not positive.

MS pretty much has bankers' hours. Something like 8-5 or 9-6 depending on the time zone. Plus they are open on Sat afternoon.

I don't have the 2008 schedule, but for 2007, MS is closed on these dates:

Jan 1st - NYD
Jan 15th - MLK
May 28th -Memorial Day
July 4th - Independence Day
Sep 3rd - Labor Day
Nov 22nd - Thanksgiving Day
Dec 25th - Christmas Day

I imagine for 2008 they'll be closed on the same dates.

They are not closed on Christmas Eve day, nor on New Year's Eve day.

MS hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm (ET) on Mon,Tues,Wed and Fri. 9:00am - 10:00pm (ET) on Thurs and 1:00pm - 5:00pm on Sat. MS is closed on Sunday.

Actually Doc you are wrong.

MS is open to 5:30 PM (Eastern) Mon, Tue, Wed & Friday. So many people are misinformed about the 5PM closing, it is usually very quick to get through between 5:15 & 5:30 on those nights, even at the busy times of year!
