When is Jersey week?

I've read through the threads in the past that there is a Jersey week, when the whole state it seems goes to visit WDW. Don't want to make my trip that week. Can anyone tell me when it is?

It's usually the 1st or 2nd week of November. I'm not positive but I think it's always the same week as election day., the first Tues of the month. Someone from NJ must have next year's school schedule. I would try posting this ? on some of the other boards.

amwhitaker, our last trip in 2002 accidentally fell toward the beginning of "Jersey Week". It was only a more crowded, but still not as bad as holiday weeks or weekends.

I rather enjoyed meeting some of them, standing in lines (oops, *Ques*). I'm a west coast transplant living in Oklahoma. I'm sure we all got a kick out of listening to each other's accents.

We were also there in 2002 and like the previous poster said, it wasn't bad. It was funny though, because nearly 3/4 of the answers to "Where are you from?" were New Jersey.

We had some fun conversations, including how some of the prices for food rivaled those of New York.
