When is it busy with President's Day?

I am totally confused and need a bit of help before I buy my airline tix.

I thought Feb 9th and 16th were the President's Holidays where many people have off and I looked at my calendar and it says it is the 22nd, do most schools have the 23rd off?

I wanted to avoid the President's crowds and was planning on going Feb 21-29th, but if everyone has the 23rd off then I will switch to Feb 28th to March 7th.

Any input woudl be helpful as I saw the tix I was going to buy and I just realized it might be busy, ugh!

Those of us in the Northeast have the week of February 16th off for President's Day. I would go that first week of March if you can. Probably less crowded than earlier dates you mentioned.

I'm going 2/21 - 3/1 and have been told by many on this and other sites that that last week of Feb is usually after the presidents week crowds have gone home.
