When is free dining 2008?

Would anyone know when WDW will be offering the free dining as they have in previous years. I cannot find when it starts/ends yet. Thanks

IF....IF they offer it, it should be announced early April and the dates would be August - September.

From what I read on that thread, as long as your check in date on 9/22 or before you will be eligible for your entire trip. But of course you would need to confirm that with a CM. I dont know how to link that thread here but it is a sticky at the top of the Codes and Rates board. There is a ton of info with the details. HTH!

In 2005, the end date was 10/2. We checked in on 10/1 for 7 nights, and got free dining for our entire stay. If the policy hasn't changed, you will be able to get the Free Dining special for all nights of your stay (I believe up to 14 nights?) as long as you check in on or before the last day of the special.

Since 2005, Disney has been offereing Free Dining during the last part of August until the end of September, give or take a few days. It has already been offered to UK visitors for this September and as a bounceback to those of us who were there at WDW during Free Dining this past September for the dates of August 30 - September 27 2008. The free dining for this year should be announced during the first week of April. The first couple of days it will only be open to Disney Visa holders and then will open up to the general public. We aren't going back this year because the heat was so terrible and we thought we would have low crowds, and the crowds were not that low to us. The free dining secret is out!

Those are last years dates. The dates for bounceback this year are August 30 - September 27, 2008. Usually the general public offer has even a smaller window than bounceback. The speculation on the dining board for free dining dates is September 1 - 27, 2008.
