I believe you have up to 45 days before the date of your trip!

Yes, it's 45 days before check in. That's also when the final payment is due.

Hi - if you book a package the $200 deposit is fully refundable 45 days prior to your check-in.

If you book room only, I believe you must cancel 6 days before your arrival date for a full refund.

Just got quoted this. Up to 45 days prior for full refund and then 7 days prior you get charged $100 to cancel.

Just remember, if you purchase trip insurance, it is non-refundable and will be netted from the deposit amount returned.
