When is a good time to book airfare for Dec?

We had planned to go to WDW from Dec 9 through the 16th. I'm thinking of changing it to from the 12th to the 19th due to the Pop Warner football people being there. My husband's co worker was less than thrilled sharing a floor with a bunch of rowdy and loud teenagers during his stay this past Dec.

Anyway, when is the best time for me to book airfare?

Right now the best price for round trip is $250 each. Last week when I checked it was $221 each. Same flight is now $249 each a week later.

I'm wondering if it's wise for me to book now, or do you suggest I wait a bit to book flights?

You can tell I'm not a seasoned flyer. We mostly drive.

Any advice someone can give me as to when is a good time to book a flight for a December trip?

You should buy when you see a good price. Nowadays there aren't a lot of great fare sales.

Are you in eastern PA? If so--Log on to flyseal.com The flights aren't out for December yet, but when they do come out, you can grab a flight for $69 one way!!!!!!!!! They fly out of Allentown.

Thanks for the tip, Hentob. I'm actually from central PA, which is about 2 or so hours drive from Allentown. I'll keep my eyes open for flyseal deals though.

We went to WDW in Dec. 2001 and are planning another trip this Dec. My suggestion is to sign up for travelocity fare watcher and wait it out until the price dips. This is what I did last time. I bought tickets in October for $98 round-trip. You might regret it if you buy too quickly.

Hey, Harleyquinn! Ha! I love my Animal Crossing cat. That game is so fun.. even though I'm in my 30s. It's one of the few games I can actually play.
