When in general do Dining plans get announced?

I see that there are some things already known about 2017 dining, but the entitlements for the non-Disney restaurants still need to be ironed out. When do those of you who have done this for years expect that to be done?

And when can we expect 2018 dining plans to be shown?

For the non-Disney restaurants, they don't have to sign contracts until December 2016. This will lead to many posts of panic later this year about 2017 brochures that don't list 90% ofWorld Showcase accepting DDP.

The same will be true of 2018. Disney restaurants contract for the following year in October; non-Disney in December.

For the UK, certainly. But what restaurants will offer what won't be final until the first week in January.

2017 packages should be announced soon. We're only one month out for Jan 2017 guests to start making their ADRs. If there are any changes to the DDP for 2017, we SHOULD see those with the package announcement.
