When I open MyDisneyExperience (Disneyland), it's all in Spanish....

When that happens I simply clear my browser history and it goes back to English

That happened to me a couple days ago. There should be a way to change it back next to the "sign-in" (Ingresar o Crear una Cuenta) button at the top. Click "Estados Unidos (Inglés)" and that will get you back to the English site.
