When guests reserve rooms in block...

When I got my BEO there was a document attached that showed all the reservations made so far in my room block. Is there a way to continue tracking this? Or do you just have to keep asking your planner for updated documents? Thanks!

You have to keep asking. I usually asked my planner's assistant for an update every couple of weeks.

I called the group reservations line and they were able to send me over a report to tell me who had booked and who had not.

Yea same for me, I would just call the res. line and have them email me over an updated sheet, they are really nice about it and it doesn't take them long...

My planner gave me the number for group ressies and I would just call them directly.
