When Epcot is open late is 3 hrs for both parts?

Is there anything I should know, I thought I remember reading a catch?

It's 9:00pm to midnight. Only the boat rides in Mexico & Norway are open in the WS, the rest is closed.

Regular hours for the month of Sept. are:
Future world 9 to 7 pm
World showcase 11 to 9 pm

I want to verify that all of future world is open till 10 pm

Is this correct?

I am confused by your post. The world showcase is closed, but two things?
That doesn't make sense.

From what I read, SOARIN is not open late for EMH? Is that correct?

Ok first of all Soarin' is open for Evening EMH. Secondly on nighst for Evening EMH Future World does not close at 7 as listed but actually at 9 like the rest of the park does for day guests. Future World is then open until midnight for resort guests. Typically only Norway and Mexico in the World Showcase remain open during Evening EMH, however currently they are experimenting with keeping all of the restaurants and shops in WS open until Midnight.

Currently the following Epcot attractions are always open for Evening EMH:

Honey I Shrunk the Audience
Journey into Imagination with Figment
Living with the Land
The Living Seas
Mission: SPACE
Soarin'
Spaceship Earth
Test Track
Maelstrom
El Rio Del Tiempo

I don't want to be too confusing, but the last post says "currently". I was asking about Sept. I am not sure if the other person was referring to Soarin in Sept or current. According to WDW it is not open in Sept for EMH.

The Mexico and Norway boat rides are the only 2 "rides" in the World Showcase. I don't think there would be enough interest to keep open the countries that have movies or shows, at least in the off season.

All the EMH attractions are open until midnight.

I think they didn't update the list when Soarin' opened in May, I'm sure it's open for EMH, it's very popular.

Soarin' will be open for EMH in September. It is the most popular ride in the park and is not on the list you posted because it is new and the list has no yet been updated. Many stores and restaurants throughout the park are also open during EMH. So yes areas of the park remain open during EMH.
