I booked with AAA still need to drop off deposit and pick up paper work,but I'm booked

My AAA lady is out today and I need a ? answered. When does my trip need to be paid for if I leave Jan 19th 2008.

If you booked the DDP package through her then you will need to pay the balance at least 45 days prior to your check in date (roughly around December 4th)
