When does the travel package arrive?

Its 19 days out until our trip (if I counted right - 9/20). Should my package with my vouchers have arrived yet? I think I may call tomorrow morning, but was a little worried tonight.

We booked with AAA thru the Disney site. I called a few weeks ago to confirm the package with Disney, so I know that I have the reservation...I think.

Last time I booked a package through Disney I received the paperwork about a month ahead of time.

However, IIRC, when you book through a travel agent Disney sends the paper work to the travel agency and then your travel agent forwards it onto to you.

I have never booked through AAA but I have read some stories on here (WDW forums mostly) where AAA is slow about getting the paperwork forwarded. I would give them a call and make sure it didn't get lost in the shuffle.

I am getting a little worried too. We leave in 19 days (9/19) and we have yet to get our package from AAA either. I am going to call them tomorrow!

According to the Terms and Conditions page you have to check each time you make a payment via online......it states that travel documents are mailed 21 days prior to your trip. I would suspect you should get them any day now. I would suggest you give them a call if you don't have them by this weekend.

Our package through Costco (but also through Disney) came at 21 days.

We will arrive on September 16 and I received our packet from Disney Travel last Wednesday, August 26. Couldn't hurt to call and check.

I called AAA and they just received the documents yesterday and are mailing them UPS today. They told me it would be 2-3 days before I would receive them.

So, I called today. I paid in full on 8/18, and the vouchers were issued on 8/27. Since I am doing a AAA/Disney VISA package, I am getting a larger than usual box; they said it was taking longer to get to me than a typical package of vouchers. He said I should have it by this weekend.

I asked about a tracking number for UPS; he said it was the reservation number on my AAA invoice. I haven't tried it yet to be sure.

Got it this afternoon!!! Woohoo!!

I had a lot of fun going through all of the stuff. It was great. The kids and I were so excited to hold our tickets, backpack, luggage tags, and I loved going through all of the coupons and special passes! I can't wait. It made it seem so real today!

Only 19 more sleeps!
