Long story short, I'm truying to help a friend who is going to WDW for the first time, and she is having a difficult time getting any character dining 9 o.k. so one was available at 9 p.m., but with a small kid, that doesn't work).
My question is when someone calls to cancel a dining reserve orcancels on-line, when does that time become available for the on-line system. I know if I call, the dining dept would show it, but calling 5 times everyday isn't an option, so will the reserve that someone cancels become available in the on-line system immediately, or does it happen the day day.
Hope I'm not too confusing!
