We're leaving for WDW on the 21st and was wondering if the free DDP will still be in effect? We don't have it, but was wondering for getting dinner ressies.
Ok... never mind, I think I just found the answer... Sept. 29th... right?
The last day for check-in for the Free Dining promotion is Sept. 22nd, I believe. We are checking in on that day and staying for 10 nights. So we will be using the free dining until October 2nd (we did it this way so that we could take advantage of the first few days of F&WF! ). Technically, I think that the longest you could have booked the Free Dining package for was 14 nights, so the very last day that free dining credits will be used by anyone will be October 6th. Hope this answers your question!
even with the free ddp going on during your trip, you will still need adrs if you want to eat in the parks or at popular resort restaurants like chef mickey. Since you are leaving soon, if you know any nights you want to eat TS you should start calling now. Two weeks ago we tried to get CG for our mid Oct trip and the only time available for any night was after 9pm - not a problem for us but it shows that those ADRs are needed no matter when you go.
We check in on Sept 24th and have free dinning until Oct 8th.
Many uk visitors still have free dinning, our cut off date was the 29th,so many people will have it for 2 weeks after that date.
People who were able to book free dining via the bounce Back or UK Programs may have it from as late as their check in on Sept 29th until the end of their trip (maybe 14 days later). We have it Sept 29th-Oct 7th.
