When does the Christmas Deco go up

Looking at going to US/IOA second week in November 2015 and we were wondering if the Christmas deco would be up by then and what's happening during that time?

Not that early. The Xmas events officially kick off the first Saturday in December.

We usually go the week before Thanksgiving, and sometimes they've just *started* to put things up. Once, the big Krusty on the Simpsons ride building was wearing a giant Santa hat. Once or twice we've seen the beginnings of the decorations going up in Seuss Landing.

Definitely NOT anything Christmasy going on, and not a time to plan to see the decorations. Sorry. :-(
