How do I find the lunch opening of Pecos Bills?

Pecos Bills opens at 10:30 AM.

However other Quick Service locations like the Liberty Inn which is located in the American Pavilion of World Showcase at Epcot opens at 11:30 AM, so not everyone opens at the same time.
