When does castaway club status update for new reservation?

We just completed our 10th cruise 4 days ago and our status on the castaway club site lists platinum. However, the booking window for our upcoming cruise still lists the gold booking window. How long does it take to reflect our new booking window? Should I be calling DCL?

Maybe. But even if it says gold, you’ll most likely be able to book on platinum day.

When I have had similar situations, I’ll call and talk to website folks. They will say they everything looks normal on their end and to just give it a day or two. They might say they will “reset” my reservation. Magically, even though the issue isn’t fixed while I’m on the call, 24-48 hours later it’s fixed. I think that this “reset” they do must clear the bug, but I have no idea what that actually means. Company IT is its own brand of Disney “magic.”

Mine took a couple weeks to update when I turned gold earlier this year.
