When does 1/2 marathon registration fill up?

I've been making great progress running and decided that maybe I should go for it and give the WDW 1/2 marathon a try. Looks like it is all filled up, however. (and BTW, no...I couldn't possibly do a whole marathon!) So now I'm really determined to do this in '11. At what point do you typically have to register by? When do things start to fill up? TIA!

If you're really motivated to do the WDW 1/2 in 2010, there is still a way to do it - you would need to do it through one of the charity groups that will still have openings available. I know that Team in Training is one of those groups, maybe someone else here will have other suggestions.

To answer your question, the 1/2 fills up really fast - usually full by April or May. This year it filled up so fast, they opened up more slots, and that filled up in another few weeks.

Good luck!! I'm going to be walking the Disneyland 1/2 in September. If I like it, I was thinking of going for the WDW 1/2 as well...
