Our trip is in about 50 days and I am having troubling sleeping because I am so excited for Disney!

I don't know how the people with 10 days left take it!

When do you start getting to excited to sleep?

As soon as I book my next trip & I have a definite knowledge of when I will be going next, that's when I start to get excited enough to have trouble sleeping & things of that sort lol

For me it is once the planning starts, because when its all quiet in the house and I am laying there in bed all I can think of is Disney and what to do and where to eat and all that good stuff . No sleep... its a wonder I can accomplish anything during the day.

We have 61 days, 7 hours till we go and I've been dreaming of Disneyworld and all the wonderful things we are going to be doing! :thumbsup2 Luckilly I work till late at night so I'm pooped when I get home but that doesn't mean that I can't dream Disney. I cannot believe how fast the time has gone since we made these reservations a year ago! :hourglass I am now in the "Oh my gosh, I have to make a list of things to bring and buy it all now" stage! :teeth: So, MNSSHP and Food and Wine fest. HERE WE COME! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

I am one of those who DREAMS of the House of the Mouse! We do not get to go until 2009 and have been waiting since December 1999. Hubby got laid off and the trip for 20th was put on hold till 2009! Nothing is holding us back this time :cool1:

Well I didn't start to loose sleep till like 7 days before. Now that we are down to 3....I can barely close my eyes before I start thinking of disney, what park to visit, what ride to ride first, what fastpass to get, etc! AHHHH!!!!!!

I'm about a month & a half away & I'm definitely feeling the anticipation already! heck, I've been feeling it since we booked the trip right after we got home from our last trip in May!!!

im almost down to one month!!!! im so excited to leave but it wont get here any sooner :rotfl:

Hey DisneyWorldWisher, we will be there the same time you are. at the POFQ as well! :thumbsup2

I'm there! I haven't been able to sleep for weeks. Every night, I tell myself that I will CLEAR my head and fall asleep (not going to be until I'm just exhausted and know I barely have 5 hours till the alarm goes off to wake me up again). I guess it doesn't help that I DIS right before getting in bed (gotta catch up on the latests tips posted while I was dealing with dinner, dishes, kids storytime, household chores, etc). No amount of alcohol has helped either ... it just makes the planning in my head get really interesting. ;)

For me - during the planning stages and then a little lull and then again about 90 days before my trip so I can tweak my planning. :bounce:

OK I don't know if this counts as excitement but I am still 113 days away from The World and the other night I had a nightmare that DBF and I were there and forgot our park passes at home in CT! :scared1:

Same here, except I'll be over @ the Boardwalk Villas... and actually I'll be @ Dixie Landings for a few days( I refuse to call it Port Orleans: Riverside! lol). It's a nice time to be down there. MNSSHP is a lot of fun, no matter what age you are!

Yea we go every year at that time now. The crowds are better than usual & the weather is great (besides the occasional hurricane of course lol). MNSSHP isn't quite on the level of MVMCP, but not too many things are! I'm sure you'll love it at that time! The Food & Wine Festival is good too, I mean it's nothing special, but it's a little something different.

I've gotta go with "Anytime there's the slightest possibility of going to Disney in the near future!" I'm 13 months, 1 week away, and haven't even booked anything yet. And I'm already staying up at night figuring out the most efficient way to go so that I can see the most stuff while not rushing my DW. I'll sit at work for an hour planning out my schedule on an Excel spreadsheet :bored: so that I know what parks we'll be at what day, which helps me decide where we can eat. I told my DW this, and her response was "can I just slap you now?" :duck: She's a WDW fan, but she doesn't understand the obsession that some of us have.

Hi all,
I have only 47 days left. For me i have the day before insombia, its not uncommon for me not to go to sleep at all the day before we leave.Dw is always amazed that our first day there and i been up for over 46 hours straight and still are going strong in the parks, while her and ds are tired after only being away for 8 to 12 hours.Yes it's true i'm
