On the 7 night Eastern, don't you set your clock forward one hour? I cannot remember. Which day?
Thanks,
Staci

If you're sailing during daylight saving time, you don't change your clock on the eastern. EDT is AST (Atlantic Standard Time), and they don't honor daylight saving time in St. Thomas or St. Maarten. If you sail between November and April, you'll change the clock forward on one of the sea days on the way to St. Maarten. I'm pretty sure that it's on Sunday night, but not positive. The clocks are set back again on the way to Castaway Cay, on Thursday night.

Thank you so much for the reply.
We are cruising in January. So, I
assume we will set our clocks forward on
Sunday and then back again on Thurs.
