When do you recieve your disneyland lanyards

Through a package? I get them through Costco. You pick them up at the parks upon arrival

yea through Disneyland travel....I was just curious if they give them to you at check in or if they send them to you

When I did a package through Disney a few years ago, they sent us vouchers in the mail. Then we took them to one of the stores specified on the voucher that sells lanyards to pick ours up.

Yea I did it through Costco and I have vouchers. There's a place in DTD and Disneyland to get them

You receive a voucher in your travel package. There are 3 locations within the parks you then redeem the voucher for pin and lanyard. Since I booked last minute, Disney travel had my waiting at Grand Californian front desk versus shipping to my house.

We did our last trip on a package through Costco, who sends their orders through the Walt Disney Travel Company, which is probably the case for you as well. You'll get a package in the mail about a week or two before your departure date. Someone will have to be home to sign for it, but they'll make multiple attempts for a few days if you're not home. In the package, you'll get all the goodies that Disneyland Travel promised you, including vouchers for your lanyards. Take these to someone at the register at one of the stores listed on the voucher (we did our exchange at the World of Disney Store), and the CM will give you a pre-packaged lanyard and collectible pin bundle. The lanyard is pretty basic.....ours was a lime green color with alternating Mickey and Minnie heads and the castle, attached at the bottom near the pouch with a square of velcro. Be wary of the velcro....during the "herding" toward Carsland during early entry one morning, I noticed the person next to me also had a velcro lanyard that had come undone, so I let her know about it before she lost it.
