When do you put the gifts under the tree?

This will only be DD second Christmas...so I am still working out our routine. Last year we put all of the presents out as we wrapped them, a couple every few days, then on Christmas Eve after DD went to bed "Santa" came a filled her stocking. So everything under the tree is from friends and family.

We don't do Santa, but the kids presents still stay hidden until after they go to bed Christmas Eve. We put out extended family gifts whenever we buy and wrap them because I like to see a few things under the tree.

All the gifts go under the tree as they are bought and wrapped.

We don't do Santa gifts anymore (kids are too old) but the stockings are stuffed early evening Christmas Eve.

All our gifts and stockings are opened Christmas Eve.

We put the gifts to each other under the tree but the gifts from Santa can't be put under until after midnight.

All the gifts for other famiy members and from mom and dad to kids go under the tree and they are bought and wrapped. The Santa presents come on Christmas Eve.
