I know might not be as easy for young children who are used to set times for lunch/dinner- but for me personally I avoid eating at peak times. A lot nicer to enjoy food with less crowds.
Normally have early AM light breakfast and then maybe late lunch 2/3pm when no one else is going crazy looking for food, along with another light meal after dinner rush, etc.... Drink plenty of water and snacks between times.
