When do you pay DK Livery

Hello all!

Searching through this forum I saw many favourable reviews for DK Livery so I think we may book them. There are 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teens) so $175 round trip seems like an excellent deal!

Just curious.... Do we pay after the trip? After each direction? Before?

I couldn't seem to find it on their website...

You pay when you book. I called in my reservation and paid at that time.

While we are on the topic of DK Livery, we will be using them next weekend and want to use the free grocery stop along the way. Can anybody tell me about their grocery stop experience?

We had a bad experience with the grocery stop on our last visit. The drivers English was not good and we had just come off a 14 hour flight. We were almost at DLH before I realised he wasn't going to stop. I then asked and he made out he didn't know where to stop, so I was too tired to care.
This time when making the booking, I made sure to tell them that after last times experience, I expect them to stop if requested on the booking.

I payed before and got it out of the way. I then printed out my invoice in case of any problems. I probably paid 4 months ahead of time, but I like to plan my vacations that way.

We also paid before at time of booking.

The gentleman we had on the way back didn't speak English well, and almost got us into a car accident. He missed the exit too. It was a really bad experience and has made me very wary of them. If I could request a driver, I would use them again, but if not, I would be too concerned.

I believe Daniel is who we had the first leg of the trip and he was great. See if you can ask for him. Not sure of the second driver's name.

I also paid when I make the reservation on the phone 2 months before my trip. And Daniel sent me an email confirmation with receipt right the way.
