When do you need park tickets?

When do you need park tickets??? I am assuming you would need Park Hoppers (since there will be several sites we will be visiting with thier staff?

Do you need them when you are with a cast member to do site inspections within the parks? Or do you just go in with the cast member?

How about for your engagement photo shoot with Disney Photographers?

I know you don't need them for things outside of the parks for example SBP or WP

Just trying to figure out how many "days of tickets" to buy.

For a site visit with a DFTW staffer you do not need park admission. We did not activate our Annual Passes when we went to WDW for pour planning session - we got in with our Sales Consultant.

If the photographer is picking you up at your resort, you shouldn't need admission. If you are told to meet them inside the park, you do need admission. When you call Disney Photographic to schedule the shoot, they will tell you whether you need it.
