When Do You Get Magical Express Tags?

I'm arriving at POFQ in 12 days. I made my DME reservation several weeks ago and it's on my MDE as the mode of my arrival, but I've not gotten anything in the mail yet. Should I call or do they normally come closer to your arrival date? I want to use the yellow tags.

I always got mine way in advance, like 45-60 days out. Was this a last minute trip? I would call, but I think it might be too late now. Worst case you'll have to grab your bags and tag them at the ME counter at MCO.

You don't need the yellow tags, you can give ME your baggage claim tickets when you get there.

You can call and ask them to resend, but don't hold your breath! We had two rooms booked. Got tags for one room and not the other. I called and requested tags with plenty of time to receive them, still never received them. Not sure what happened. As others have said, they will collect your luggage with baggage claim tickets.

Thats really quick!

OP, they come with the magic bands which are usually shipped 14 days before your check-in. You wont get luggage tags for "room only" reservations so it has to be a "magic your way" package.

No I'm talking about the yellow tags that indicates DME should pick up your bags from the airport. Not the same as the tags you're thinking of.

my tags just came but are under my 16 DD name instead of one of the two adults. Will bags still make it to my room or should I just forgo and grab them myself.

Well I called and for some insane reason they didn't have the correct address, which is weird since it's right in the email confirmation I got. Anyway, here is to hoping I get it in time.

I have booked withonly a week or two prior and still got my tags in time. Should be good
