That's what I'd like to know as well. November is our favorite month to go to Disney, but I don't want to see Xmas decorations everywhere. Or worse, hear Xmas music being played throughout the parks.
Well, seeing as how the last MNSSHP is Oct 31 and the first MVMCP is Nov 10th, there isn't much time where they wouldn't have both down. Maybe on like Nov 2 or 3, but I can't see they paying to have crews up on the buildings to take down Halloween stuff, and then again a few days later to put up Christmas stuff when they could do it at once. Kinda like using the crane for the lights when they were working on the bridge.
Not really. Just as everyone else has said, when the Halloween decorations start coming down, the Christmas decorations start going up . . . sad but true.
We were there last year Nov. 13-18th. Each park had a tree decorated near it's entrance. From what I remember the resorts were starting to decorate but weren't all finished when we left. MK was all decked out fro MVMCP.
We were at WDW last fall, from 10/27 to 11/4. MK is really the only park that has any Halloween decorations, and they start coming down right after the last Halloween party of the year. Christmas decorations started going up on 11/1 at the parks- we were at Epcot on 11/1, and the big tree in between FW and WS was already up. None of the MK Christmas stuff was up when we left, but the Halloween stuff didn't come down until 11/3 (the last MNSSHP was on 11/2 last year).
Your best bet for seeing the parks non-decorated for the holidays would be to visit AK, EP, and DHS before 11/1, and MK between 11/1 and about 11/4. You might be able to catch the MK as Halloween is coming down and Christmas is going up.
