hello DISers! We just received our actual tickets for Disneyland & wondered when we should sign the back of them? Are we supposed to sign them in front of them at the turnstiles or can we do it beforehand? Also I'm assuming I can write my kids names on for them? TIA for answering this silly ?!!!

I just returned from the parks and they accepted the passes that I had written our names on. We weren't made to re-sign them.

When I've bought at the ticket booth they've asked me to wait to sign them at the turnstiles, much to the disappointment of the people behind me in line.

We upgraded unused 5 Day tickets to APs last year and were asked to sign them at the ticket booth when we upgraded so I'm not sure. I bet you could sign them now.

We had 3-day hoppers we purchased at the grocery store, hadn't signed them when we showed up at the turnstiles and the CM just said to put our names on them so we wouldn't get them mixed up, since each is then associated with your photo.

I've never signed our tickets - the person at the ticket booth has put our names on them when I exchange the voucher.

So along those lines, if you sign them/write names on them now, make sure the right person has the right ticket when you first enter the park so the correct photos are with the correct tickets.

For multi-day tickets, they take your picture on first use. The name on the ticket is just so you can get the same ticket back to the same person each time, so the picture matches the person using it.

Sorry to hijack, but I bought my Annual Passes a few months ago, even though our trip isn't until the end of May. They didn't send the tickets, but emailed us a "Disneyland Resort Ticket Sales Order Statement." It has an order number at the top right. At the bottom it states, "Please count your enclosed tickets and report any ticket discrepancies."

Is this just like giving a number at Will Call, and they will give me the tickets when I get there? I sure would like to get the 13-month expiration, but I ordered these back in September. However, I am hoping if this is like giving a Will Call number at the ticket booth, that by some miracle I'll have the 13 months....

Any thoughts on procedure to get my tickets and what the expiration date might be?

Thanks!!

Are you sure there is not an attachment on the email. I get a pdf attached to the email when I buy tickets.

There is a pdf attached, but it's just the "Disneyland Resort Ticket Sales Order Statement." There aren't any other attachments.
