When do Toy Story buses start running?

We have some friends doing a split stay DLH and some hotel down near the TS parking lot. They have the TS parking lot hotel first. But since EMH are good for check in and check out days, they are going to be doing DCA EMH while still at the other hotel. They are right next to the TS lot so were going to bus over, unless they aren't running early enough to make EMH at DCA.

We got there at 5:30 one morning when EMH was at 7 (during Galaxy's Edge previews, otherwise that would have never happened ). We were the first ones in the lot and the bus was waiting for us. We got on and off we went, bus to ourselves. That could have been a special circumstance since they were letting preview people in the gate at 6.

Not sure if it's different for EMH days since they expect you to be staying onsite so you wouldn't need the shuttle. Worst case the shuttle would start when the EMH starts and they could be on the first bus.

The buses will start at the same time as EMH opens. However: in order to get the EMH they need to have checked in at the DLH first and picked up their key (as that is what you show to get EMH). So they should just uber over to the DLH to do a VERY early checkin and then walk to the gates.

One person in their party is driving over to the hotels very early (i think like 5) as they are joining the group late in the trip, to check in the hotel, then meeting up with everyone at the other hotel. I'll just let them know it sounds like the bus idea might not work. Thanks.
