When do tickets go on sale for MNSSHP?

I have never paid much attention to this event, but now it looks like we may be going in OCT of 2007 and as I am reading up on MNSSHP it sounds awesome. When do tickets go on sale? How quickly does it sell out or is it not a limited event? How crowded does it tend to be if I try to avoid a Friday and go in early Oct?

You know, I'll be darned if I can remember when they first go on sale...but, not to worry. Only the actual party on Halloween fills up fast. I just got mine for Oct 23 about 2 weeks ago...no problem at all. So, don't fret about being able to get them. In fact, at MVMCP last year, there were actually people buying them at the gate!

I just looked through the ticket info we got for this year's tickets and it looks like we purchased them on 4/29/06...I believe it was the 1st day or so that they were available. But as anything Disney, what is usual for one year may not be for the next!

Just keep your eyes on the DisBoards early next spring and I'm sure you will find out...I've learned so much from everyone here that it has truly made trip planning so much easier.

I got mine in the mail today for the 23rd. As long as you're not going on the 31st, you should be cool.

I think the date was supposed to be May 1 but some disers discovered they could purchase them on the Friday before, I purchased mine the last Sat in April (I think May 1 was a Monday).

I have read the last couple of parties sell out but not until much closer to the party.

So even for the ones that do sell out how many people is that? Is it like the old E- nights?
