When do tickets for Mickey's Christmas Party go on sale

I know its early but we will be at Disney in December and I was wondering when do the tickets go on sale for the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom? Also where do you buy them?

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I seem to remember that they went on sale in May of last year.

May seems to be the month that everyone is saying the tickets go on sale. We are waiting for them to go on sale as well.

Last year I called WDW and ordered my tickets and had them sent to me. You can also buy the tickets at your resort or at the gate, I believe. It seems that some Fridays sell out ahead of time, however.
