When do they start changing breakfast to lunch at buffets?

We have an ADR at Crystal Palace at 10:10 am. I have heard that it can take awhile for all the characters to make it around to all the tables. We could still be sitting at our table at 11:00 am, right? What time do they start changing the buffet over to lunch? We are not interested in eating the lunch foods since CP is the only breakfast ADR we have. All of our other ADR's are for dinner.

The silence is deafening! No one has been to Crystal Palace when they were changing over from breakfast to lunch?

I seem to remember lunch re-set by 11:30am.

While I don't know exactly what time the changeover takes place, we had a late breakfast buffet seating time. By the time we were getting ready to leave, half the buffet had out the lunch foods while one side still was serving breakfast.
