When do they assign GT rooms?

We booked a GT rate for February, our first time booking that type of fare. I’m just curious when we should expect to see our room assignment come through? What’s the range on how far in advance they tend to assign those rooms? Thanks!

We book VGT rates on the fantasy several times a year. We sailed last week and the cabin assignment came on day 14. On our September and May cruises, the cabin assignment came at day 8. Last year, both VGT cabins were assigned at day 18.

Could be a coincidence but we got our *GT assignment the day we prepaid our gratuities at 22 days.

Most of the time they are assigned between 14 and eight days before sailing

Kind of shocked! I randomly logged into the app today and saw we got our room assignment - 42 days out now.

on out last cruse we got it 5 days out and it nearly killed us.
