When do the Wilderness Explorer individual stations open?

I thought I read on this board that the Wilderness Explorer stations usually have a representative manning them at park opening, even though the actual opening time for the main booth is 10am, but now I can't find it! We have a barely started book from a previous visit, and will be going back on September 10 for an EMH at 7, regular park opening at 8. We had hoped to get some activities completed as we were in that area without having to double back to get the badge, but don't know if we can even begin before 10am earning the badges.
