When do the park ticket prices typically increase?

Considering buying the 14 day 3 park pass for mid June. Wandering how long I can wait to still avoid the annual increase. Need to check with vendor, but does anyone know if the tickets can be refunded due to an unforeseen situation? I thought I saw they are refundable with a small percentage penalty.

Thanks in advance as I am still researching our "vacation of a lifetime" to Universal.

Theme parks tickets cannot be refunded once purchased. If you are buying from a vendor other than Universal, any refunds would up to them but I wouldn't hold my breath. Unless you are buying specially priced tickets, they are good until activated...which is why Universal won't refund. You can use them at a future time. Down here tickets can go up at any time so if you are debating you can either wait until you're closer to your date and take the chance tickets could go up or buy now and hope nothing happens.

If you are really worried about something happening, buy trip insurance that would allow you to get back some of the money you've spent.
