When do the free magic bands ship?

Our reservation starts on February 8. I got an email today reminding me to customize my magic bands--except I already did a couple months ago when I first made the reservation. When I go online, my customizing is still there, and it says to do it by Feb. 2 for pick up at the front desk....
Are they still going to mail my magic bands?

We have some older bands from previous trips that I guess we can still use to get on the Magical Express.

I was wondering the same thing. Mine say customize by May 2 for pick up at front desk...didn't know if there was a place to ask to have them shipped...hopefully someone knows...

I got an email with order confirmation for our (free) magic bands after we completed selecting them. That email says estimated delivery is 10 days before my vacation starts.
