When do the Christmas Decorations go up?

I want to take my kids to DL to see the decorations but I want to do it early December before the crowds go wild. Anyone know when the decorations go up?

Is it really beautiful and worth the trip? We are also going late May for a couple of days pre-cruise.

Decorations are up by Veteran's Day weekend.

Sorry for my Canadian ignorance but when is Veteran's Day?

This year it's Monday, November 12. I would predict the decorations should be up by the preceding Friday, the 9th.
