When do the Christamas decorations go up at VWL?

I will be at VWL from Nov 10 - 13 and was wondering if the Christmas decorations will be up yet. I have been to VWL in december and the decorations are amazing.

I went last year from November 21 for 16 days and all of the Christmas decorations were already up...

I was there 2 yrs ago for Veteran's Day weekend (around the 10th or so), and all the decorations were up, except the MK tree was "temporarily" near the castle, instead of in Town Square.

Most decorations should be in place then. They may not be 100% complete at the resorts, but should be well underway. MK should be complete as the first MVMCP is Nov 10.
