When do the canceled ressies go back in the computer?

I've read on here that there is a best time to call for rooms that are sold out, hoping to get a room that has been put back in the system because someone canceled. What time is that? In the morning, evening, what? Thanks .

In the morning when they first open.

Unless it's changed recently reservations that guests cancel get put back in the system immediately. Reservations that the system cancels because the guest doesn't pay the depoist/balance when due are done overnight.
