When do RSR Fps Run Out?

I haven't been since Cars Land opened, and it was madness then. Is it still the same way now?

On a Tuesday in July, how quickly do RSR FPs run out for the day?

Based on TP, they run out around 12:00-1:00 in the afternoon. But idk if TP is 100% trustworthy lol

I'm pretty sure I've seen posts in the past couple of days that indicated they were out before noon. Not sure if it was for a Tuesday or another day.

I got a RSR FP on Sunday June 29 about 11:30 for 8:15-9:15. I originally thought that the fastpasses were running our later than they used to, but now I believe that the ride had been down quite a bit that morning. Since fastpasses are not issued if the ride is down, it can push out the time that fastpasses run out. The park opened at 8:00am that day.
